• 포트폴리오 관리
• 문서 및 파일 공유
• 클라이언트와 개발사 간 직접 커뮤니케이션

4project is a next-generation project matching platform that directly connects clients and development companies. We provide the following features: project registration and management, bidding system, AI manager assistance for project descriptions, portfolio management, document and file sharing, and direct communication between clients and developers.

서비스를 이용하기 위해 계정을 생성해야 합니다. 사용자 유형은 다음과 같습니다:

• 클라이언트 회원: 프로젝트를 등록하고 개발사의 입찰을 받는 회원
• 개발사 회원: 프로젝트에 입찰하고 클라이언트와 계약을 체결하는 회원
• 관리자: 플랫폼 관리 및 운영을 담당하는 회원

귀하는 계정 정보의 기밀을 유지하고, 계정 활동에 대한 책임을 집니다. 계정의 무단 사용이 의심되는 경우 즉시 당사에 통지해야 합니다.

You must create an account to use the Service. User types include: Client Members (who post projects and receive bids), Developer Members (who bid on projects and contract with clients), and Administrators. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

서비스를 이용함에 있어 귀하는 다음을 준수해야 합니다:

• 정확하고 최신의 정보를 제공할 것
• 관련 법률 및 규정을 준수할 것
• 다른 사용자의 권리를 존중할 것
• 사기, 스팸, 또는 불법 행위에 관여하지 않을 것
• 서비스의 보안을 위협하는 행위를 하지 않을 것
• 타인의 계정을 무단으로 사용하지 않을 것

When using the Service, you must: provide accurate and current information; comply with all applicable laws and regulations; respect other users' rights; not engage in fraud, spam, or illegal activities; not threaten the security of the Service; and not use others' accounts without authorization.

입찰 기간 동안 어떤 개발사든 자유롭게 입찰 제안을 할 수 있으며, 클라이언트는 제한 없이 모든 업체의 제안을 받아볼 수 있습니다.

• 입찰은 구속력 있는 제안으로 간주될 수 있습니다
• 클라이언트는 무제한으로 개발사와 미팅 및 커뮤니케이션이 가능합니다
• 연락처 정보는 양 당사자의 동의 하에 공유됩니다
• 플랫폼 내 모든 커뮤니케이션은 전문적이고 예의 바르게 유지되어야 합니다

During the bidding period, any developer can freely submit bid proposals, and clients can receive all proposals without restriction.

• Bids may be considered binding offers
• Clients have unlimited meetings and communication with developers
• Contact information is shared with consent of both parties
• All communication on the platform must remain professional and courteous

사용자 콘텐츠: 귀하는 서비스에 게시하는 모든 콘텐츠(프로젝트 설명, 포트폴리오, 문서 등)에 대한 권리를 보유합니다.

중요: 귀하가 서비스에 업로드하거나 게시하는 콘텐츠에 대해, 귀하는 c221, Inc.에 해당 콘텐츠를 사용, 복제, 수정, 배포할 수 있는 비독점적, 전 세계적, 로열티 없는 라이선스를 부여합니다. 이는 서비스 제공, 개선, 마케팅 목적으로 사용될 수 있습니다.

플랫폼 지적재산권: 서비스의 모든 지적재산권(디자인, 로고, 소프트웨어 등)은 c221, Inc.에 귀속됩니다.

User Content: You retain all rights to content you post on the Service (project descriptions, portfolios, documents, etc.).IMPORTANT: By uploading or posting content to the Service, you grant c221, Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for purposes of providing, improving, and marketing the Service.Platform IP: All intellectual property rights in the Service (design, logos, software, etc.) belong to c221, Inc.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." c221, Inc. makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding: the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service; the accuracy or completeness of user-provided information; successful project completion; resolution of user disputes; or third-party services or link content.

관련 법률이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, c221, Inc.는 다음에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다:

• 간접적, 부수적, 특별, 결과적 손해
• 이익, 수익, 데이터, 또는 사용 기회의 손실

In no event shall our total liability exceed $100 USD.
